University of Newcastle Summer School - Year 9 Girls

The University of Newcastle Yr 9 Girls + Maths + Science = Choices Summer School is a residential summer school held at the University's Callaghan Campus in Newcastle.

The 2009 Summer School will be held from Sunday 6 - Friday 11 December.

The Girls Choices Summer School targets female year 9 indigenous and non-indigenous students from equity target groups such as students from regional and rural areas, low socio-economic status and non-English speaking backgrounds and/or students with a disability.

ANU Secondary College Information Evening

The ANU Secondary College provides an enhanced learning experience for Year 11 and 12 students in ACT schools and colleges.

In 2009 courses in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Conservation Biology and Japanese have been offered.

An information evening for the ANU Secondary College program will be held on 1 September 2009 at 6:30pm in Manning Clark Theatre 2 at the ANU.

Students who will be in Year 11 in 2010, their parents/guardians and all with an interest in the program are welcome to attend.
