This play is about cyber bullying and harassment. The performance makes it clear to students that certain behaviour (such as excluding people, spreading rumours and sending unwanted text messages or emails) is in fact bullying and will not be tolerated at our school. This is an entertaining way to promote discussion and give students strategies to avoid being a bully or a target. Brainstorm Productions has won the Frater Award for Best Feedback from Schools for 10 consecutive years. We hope you will support this important program to assist in creating a safe harmonious environment for students and staff. Staff feel that the above topics are relevant and important for students to be aware of as they grow and develop into young adults. It is anticipated that all students will be attending the sessions and the Welfare Team appreciates your support in ensuring attendance. If for some reason you do not wish for your child/ward to participate, parents/carers will need to provide a note addressed to Mrs Smurthwaite and given to their Roll Call teachers by Monday 23/8/10. Non-participating students will be supervised separately at school. ![]() Welcome back to Term 3 in what will be a busy time for all especially Year 12 students.
