Jobs

Top tips for finding a job:

1. Work Experience
The number of times that students come back from work experience with a job offer is amazing. Try it!

2. Your Resume
Get a good resume (learn how from the JOB GUIDE or MYFUTURE,
CLICK HERE, or to pay for "A Better Resume" CLICK HERE). Get your resume out to as many employers as possible, either by taking it yourself or posting it with a good covering letter.

3. Group Training Companies
Group Training Companies place many people into apprenticeships and traineeships every year. For a list of registered Group Training Companies

4. Network
Talk to as many people as you can about the type of job that you are looking for. You will be surprised at who knows someone, who knows someone, who is looking for a new employee.

5. Advertised jobs
Check the newspapers, check Centrelink, or check the Job search websites. (
